Hey hippies, long time no see. I have been busy recently searching for the lost Mr. Me. We still do not know where he is and we are quickly losing hope.
In other news, I have been listening to some cool music lately. This is a lot of non-mainstream bands that I heard for the first time recently. Thanks to a good friend of mine at work and my friend ‘Lipe (Pronounced L – ee – P – ee) my musical awareness is ever increasing.
This post is going to be an ongoing tribute to non-mainstream bands that don’t suck. Check them out. Unless you are a cookie cutter, modern music, A-Tonal hippie, and I hope you are not; then you will like these bands. This post will be constantly updated with new bands as I remember them or hear about new ones. Enjoy hippies and remember to try something new and keep an open mind. You may learn something and learning is fun.

Not that I doubt those bands and all but haven't you forgotten a few? I know that you remember Manowar, and who could forget Caroline's Spine. Remember: even though they have offical albums (endorsed by the music biz) they still have good music that isn't (yet) "too mainstream".
